When the vehicle service contract is sold on the finance plan offered to the dealership customer, Auto Management Group will provide the Dunning Calls. This type of call is the process of methodically communicating with customers to ensure the collection of accounts receivable. The Patrick David & Marshall philosophy in the Automotive Sector is all about training, teamwork, and repetition.
We teach and train all aspects of the vehicles sales transaction, all calculations needed, and proper disclosures. This includes all the financial product laws, Regulation Z and The Truth in Lending. In the calculation process we teach how to back into deals price wise and how to hand write a contract. Special Finance Training: Selling, Closing, and Financing. The training shows how to turn deals into cash for the dealership, manage pending deals, and get them into the Office Manager's hands. The last part is F&I Selling and overcoming objections. Our Automotive companies encourage training a back up F&I person in case the number one person leaves, but up front our goal is to have the back-up push number one.
Our Automotive Sector Companies also have Round Tables to get F&I and Sales Management accomplishing all income goals, both front end and F&I. To do this the Sales Department and F&I Department have to work as a team.
